Suspension Polymerisation Reactor
Working with a team of scientists and process engineers to design and build a custom chemical reactor to take the first step in up-scaling their technology
Aluminium Joinery Cyclone Testing Rig
This facility was designed to test aluminum joinery systems against the forces of cyclonic winds and horizontal rain.
Robot Base Analysis
This project showcases our ability to engineer equipment for strength, optimise for stability and design for manufacture.
Cryogenic CO2 Storage Facility
Working across a multi-disciplinary team to replace a food grade Carbon Dioxide storage and supply facility for a beverage manufacturer
Wine Skid for Molecular Filtration
Process skid design for the application of MIPs (Molecular Imprinted Polymers) for the filtration of taint molecules out of wine.
Outdoor Oven Design Optimisation
Optimisation and continuous improvement of a New Zealand manufactured outdoor oven.
Air Compressor Waste Heat Recovery
Design of a waste heat recovery system to capture energy as hot water for use in the plant, offsetting netural gas use.
Hospital Helipad Design
Design of a regional hospital helipad to support ongoing rescue helicopter flights, supporting the link to Waikato Hospital for the wider South Waikato community
