For well defined projects, we are happy to provide you a quote, however if there is some ambiguity in the project, we are happy to work with you to develop a transparent project estimate. This will usually involve a stage-gated approach so that as the project becomes more clearly defined we can refine our estimate and there aren’t any surprises.
We specilise in projects which are not well defined from the outset, working to create a project/product specification early so that the project team can be on the same page.
As you would expect, our project timeline varies based on the specific scope and complexity. After our initial consultation, we’ll give you a clearer idea of the timeframe you can expect for your project.
In general, we look to get started on a project sooner rather than later. This is especially the case where a project isn’t well defined, so that we can start these critical conversations early and not run into time constraints at the back end of the project. We run a very flexible operation to allow us to pick up things at short notice if need be.
Our projects range from a few hours to multiple years.

All you need is the idea and the willingness to engage with us to determine its viability, and how we’re going to make it happen!

Some engagements are full-time for one or more of our engineers, while others are part time from a few hours per month to a few days per week.
We are also happy to ramp up/down our involvement during different stages of a project as needed. This way you don’t have the overheads of a design resource when you don’t need it.
